Magnetic Separation Plant

Magnetic separation production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, circular vibrating screen, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, thickener, filter and drying machine and other major components. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, high production capacity and economic rationality.

The flow of magnetic separation production line mainly includes: (bin)—feeder—jaw crusher—jaw tertiary crusher—ball mill—spiral classifier—magnetic separator (fine powder is available). Each device can be connected by conveyor or chute pipe.

The extracted ore should be crushed by jaw crusher initially. When it gets the reasonable fineness, it is transported into ball mill by elevating conveyer and feeder, and is milled by ball mill. The subtle milled ore gets the next procedure: Classification. There is a theory that if the weights of solid particles are different, the sedimentations will be different, and the mixed ore can be classified by screw classifier. The classified ore gets into magnetic separator. Since the specific magnetization coefficients of ores are different, the magnetic substance of mixed ore is separated from others with magnetic and mechanical force. The mineral matter, which has been separated by magnetic separator initially, is transported into flotation machine by, and different medicines are added according to different characteristics of ore, so that the needed ore is separated from others. Since the separated ore are wet, they should be dewatered by thickner initially, and dried by drier. Finally, the dry minerals come into being.

Flotation Separation Plant

Flotation separation line is one of the most important ore dressing processes, which has wide application ranges. There are more than 90% of the non-ferrous metal mineral adopts flotation production line. In addition, flotation production line is also used for ore dressing of ferrous metals, precious metals and non-metallic minerals, and it is even used in the water purification field in recent years.

The mining ores are preliminarily crushed by jaw crusher, and then sent into ball mill by elevator and feeder evenly for grinding after being broken to reasonable fineness. After grinding by ball mill, ore fines enter into the next process: classification. Classifier washes and classifies the mineral mixture according to the principle that different solid particles have precipitation rates in the liquid because of different proportions. After cleaning and grading, mineral mixture is sent into magnetic separation machine to separate magnetic materials by magnetic force and mechanical force due to that magnetization coefficients of various mineral ores are different. Mineral particles separated preliminarily by magnetic separator separation are fed into the flotation machine which can separate minerals and other substances if add different drugs according to different mineral properties. The separated minerals contains a lot of water, then we can make use of thickener for preliminary enrichment and use dryer for drying, so that we can get dry minerals.

Flotation process is mainly used for separating copper, zinc, lead, nickel and other non-ferrous metals, which can also be used for the rough separation of ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals. Flotation machine is suitable for processing fine and ultra fine materials, with the other processing method; it is difficult for the recovery of fine mineral particles with smaller than 10μm, then it can also use flotation method. Some special flotation technology can process extremely fine-grained material, which has lower size limit. The ultra-fine flotation and ion flotation technology can recover a variety of material molecules or ions from colloidal particles. Flotation process can also separate intermediate products in fire metallurgy, volatile components, useful volatiles in the slag, the processing of hydrometallurgical leaching slag and replacement precipitate product, as well as the recovery of organic and inorganic chemical product in waste water.

Gravity Separation Plant

Gravity separation plant refers to as gravity beneficiation method according to the different mineral density. The particle size, shape and dielectric properties affect the efficiency of separation. In addition to the gravity separation device, there must be medium, such as water, air, gravity liquid or gravity suspension liquid.

Gravity Separation Plant

The main equipment of gravity ore dressing line includes: vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, circular vibrating screen, ball mill, spiral classifier, linear vibrating screen, high-frequency vibration screen, spiral chute, jigger, shaking table, etc.

(1)Washing desliming: it makes agglomeration or quartz particles bonded fine clay dispersed and remove the mud with the help of water. It is suitable for the fine mud and clay removal of sand in glass, foundry and other industrial sectors.

(2) Hydraulic classification: according to the principle that different particles have different sedimentation velocity, the wide particles will be divided into a plurality of grain product, so as to distinguish the different grain size, so as to meet the requirements of customers. It is suitable for process foundry sand, glass sand, cement standard sand, etc.

(3)Shaking table ore dressing: iron and high density mineral particles have faster settling in water, quartz particles with smaller density are separated from heavy minerals in the combined action of horizontal and longitudinal flow. It is suitable for removing iron and other heavy minerals in glass sand.

(4) It is traditional processing method of tungsten, tin and gold ore, especially for the processing of sand gold and alluvial tin. It is also widespread in the processing of rare metal (tantalum, niobium, titanium, zirconium, etc.), which is also used for sorting weak magnetic iron ore, manganese ore and chrome ore. In recent years, it has also been developed in non metal processing industry, which is mainly used for processing asbestos, diamond, kaolin, apatite, pyrite ore, etc.
