The corollary equipment of chicken manure drying machine includes host machine, hot blast furnace, spiral feeding machine, dust collector, deodorization tower and control operation platform. The drying process of manure dryer is: mixing— feeding— drying— cooling— bagging.
Chicken manure dryer machine has high degree of mechanization, high capacity, continuous running, excellent structure, convenient operation, less failure, low maintenance cost and less energy consumption, which can simultaneously achieve the sterilization and deodorization purposes during the drying process. It is suitable for drying chicken manure, duck manure, poultry manure and slaughter waste with less than 65%water content, which has good effect on opening feed resources as well as reducing feeding cost and environment pollution.
