Introduction:

Powder grinding plant is also called powder making plant, which is often used for mineral material processing in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mine and other sectors. It can be used for processing non flammable and explosive minerals with below level 8Mohs hardness and less than 6% humidity such as feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, rare earth, marble, ceramic, bauxite, manganese ore, phosphate rock, red iron oxide, quartz sand, cement clinker, activated carbon, clay, coal gangue, gypsum, silicon carbide and refractory materials.

Powder grinding plant is made up of Raymond mill, analysis machine, pipe device, blower, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, hopper, electromagnetic vibration feeder, power distribution cabinet and other components.

The Working Process of Powder Grinding Line:

Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding. After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products. The whole airflow system of the powder production line is a closed cycle and the air flows under both positive and negative pressure. The material in the grinding chamber has certain water content, during the grinding process, the generated heat leads to the gas evaporation iv indoor grinding, which changes the gas flow. At the same time, as the sealing effect of pipe joint points are not good, the external gas is inhaled and the circulating air flow volume increased, therefore, in order to achieve the balance of airflow, it should adjust the fan and the host, and the excessive gas should be conducted into the cloth bag of dust remover, the fine powder particles brought by residual gas should be collected, and the residual gas is discharged after purification.
