Mineral Rod Mill

Introduction:

In the ore dressing production line, in addition to some placer sorting does not require rod mill grinding; almost all minerals need the grinding processes. To make all kinds of minerals separated from each other is the prerequisites for successful separation operations. Therefore, the use of mineral rod mill is the best way to realize the single mineral separation.

Working Principle:

After coarse crushing, the ore the materials will be sent into the mineral rod mill by lifting and conveying equipment, the grinding medium in the mill uses the energy obtains during the rotation to impact, crush and grind materials, the crushed materials will enter the self flow powder classifier for classification through the unloading silo to realize segregation of the powder. The fine qualified powder will be collected by the collector, the coarse particles will enter into the rod mill for grinding through the lower part of the classifier, and the purified gas is discharged by blower.
