Jaw Crushing Plant

Introduction:

Jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, jaw plate, side plate, driving device, adjusting device, flywheel, lubricating device, etc. The working part of jaw crusher is the two jaw plates, one is the fixed jaw plate (fixed jaw), which is vertically (or the upper part slightly outward tilted) fixed on the front wall of the body, the other is the movable jaw plate (movable jaw) in tilting position, which forms the crushing cavity which has big upper part and small lower part with the fixed jaw plate.

The movable jaw plate does the reciprocating motion to the fixed jaw plate periodically, sometimes separately, sometimes closely. When they are separated, the material will enter into the crushing chamber, and the finished product will be unloaded from the lower part; when close, the materials between the two jaw plates will be crushed through extrusion, bending and fracturing forces.

According to the feeding port width, jaw crusher can be divided into large, medium and small types. The feeding port width greater than 600mm is large crushing machine, feeding port width in 300~600mm is middle crusher, feeding port width less than 300mm is mini crushing equipment.

According to swinging different ways of movable jaw plate, jaw crusher can be divided into double toggle jaw crusher, double toggle jaw crusher and integrated toggle jaw crusher.

In addition, there are other types of jaw crusher, such as hydraulic crusher, grinding crusher, impact crusher, direct jaw crusher, double cavity crusher, wedge roller crusher, etc.
