Like other jaw crushers, mini jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, jaw plate, side guard plate, driving device, adjusting device, flywheel, lubricating device, etc. it is applicable to the materials with not more than 320MPa compressive strength, such as gold, magnetite, hematite, limonite, copper, etc.
This series of jaw crusher adopts the crushing style of driving extrusion. When mini jaw crusher is working, the motor drives the belt and belt pulley to make the moveable jaw move through the eccentric shaft, so as to drive the movable plate to be close to the movable plate. At the same time the material is squeezed and rubbed, rolled to achieve multiple crushing and the materials will be crushed from big to small until it is discharged from the discharge port. Mini jaw crusher has the advantages of less investment, small occupied area, simple operation, economic and low maintenance cost.
